Refund policy
RETURN CONDITIONS
1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to return if it is found that the supplied products have defects or other non-conformities regarding the ordered items. The return can be made within 30 days after notifying the defect, and the product must retain the identification label. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to the respective refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller processes the refund within 10 business days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of the email confirmation of the right to a refund.
If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed as justifying reasons for the return, the total amount paid will be refunded.
The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
2. RETURN DUE TO WITHDRAWAL
The customer may, if not satisfied with the supplied products, proceed with their return within 15 calendar days after receipt. However, the right to return only occurs, provided that the products:
They must not have been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary). The customer has the right to try on the clothes to test the size and fit, but they cannot use them.
Maintain the original characteristics and the packaging should not be damaged (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged).
Be complete (e.g. both items of a set must be returned).
'They should not have been tampered with and keep the identification label.'
3. RETURN OF OFFERS
The return of a product offered must be made by the person who offered/bought it. In this case, to proceed with the return, you must contact the person who bought it, so that they can proceed with the return, in accordance with the return conditions, due to defect or non-compliance or due to withdrawal.
If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed as justifying reasons for the return, the total amount paid will be refunded.
The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
4. EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR FOR OTHER ITEMS
To exchange one item for another or to change the size of an item, please follow the steps below.
An item can only be exchanged for another of equal or higher value.
Your products can only be exchanged once. If you are not satisfied after the exchange order, you can only return your order.
HOW TO PROCEED:
1st STEP: send an email to geral@pacifiquesud.pt indicating the reason for the return.
2ND STEP: PLACE THE ARTICLE IN A PACKAGE
You can use the original packaging in which you received the order or another one, as long as it is not damaged.
If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you wish to return.
Close the box and seal it with tape.
If the packaging has any labels, stickers, or other materials from previous shipments, remove them and attach a label for the Return.
3rd STEP: SUBMISSION OF THE ARTICLE
The shipping of the item is the responsibility of the buyer. RISCAS SUCESSIVAS, LDA is not responsible for shipping costs.
4TH STEP: REFUND
"After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will inform the user of the refund they are entitled to (if applicable). The refund of the amount paid will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or by Bank Transfer."
