Refund Policy

RETURN TERMS
 
1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the items ordered. The return can be made within 30 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep the identification tag. The seller will review the returned product and inform the user of the right to a refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller refunds within 10 working days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of confirmation via email of the right to a refund.
If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed as justifying the return, the full amount paid will be refunded.
The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

2. RETURN DUE TO WITHDRAWAL

The customer may, if not satisfied with the products supplied, return them within 15 calendar days after receipt. However, the right to return only occurs, provided that the products:

Have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary). The customer has the right to try on clothes to test size and shape, but cannot wear them.
Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (packages opened carefully will not be considered damaged).
Are complete (ie both items in a set must be returned).
Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.

3. RETURN OF OFFERS

The return of an offered product must be made by the person who offered/purchased it. In this case, in order to return it, you must contact the person who bought it, so that he can return it, in accordance with the return conditions, for defect or non-compliance or for withdrawal.

If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed as justifying the return, the full amount paid will be refunded.

The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR FOR OTHER ITEMS

To exchange one item for another or to change the size of an item, please follow the steps below.

An article can only be exchanged for another of equal or greater value.

Your products can only be exchanged once. If after the exchange order you are not satisfied, you can only return your order.

HOW TO PROCEED:
 
1st STEP: Send an email to geral@pacifiquesud.pt indicating the reason for the return.

2nd STEP: PLACE THE ITEM IN A PACKAGE
You can use the original packaging where you received the order or another, as long as it is not damaged.
If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you want to return.
Close the box and seal it with tape.
If the package has any labels, stickers, or other materials from previous shipments, remove them and attach a Return label.
 
3rd STEP: SENDING THE ARTICLE
The shipment of the item is the responsibility of the buyer. Pacifique Sud is not responsible for shipping costs.

4th STEP: REFUND
After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will inform the user of the refund to which he is entitled (if any). The refund of the amount paid will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or by Bank Transfer.
