Shipping fees apply per order. The exact price of each shipment depends on the country of delivery.
Below you will find information about the cost of shipping and delivery times for the different countries to which the Pacifique Sud online store ships.


Portugal (Mainland/Islands) Free, deliveries from 3 to 5 working days
Spain - Free, deliveries of 3 to 5 business days
Other European Union Countries – Freedeliveries until 5working days - In some countries like: France, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta , Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia we use the shipping system via Amazon Fulfillmen with deliveries in 2-3 days.
Australia, Canada, Mexico and USA - Rates from 9,90€, deliveries until 15 to 20 business days

Delivery costs to non-EU countries may vary depending on the destination if customs fees apply.

Deliveries in Portugal are operated by CTT Expresso. Other countries can use other operators.

Note: Deliveries made from 9 am to 6 pm. To receive the order, it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address. This service does not include scheduling or appointment options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact by the carrier. In purchases with delivery in a country outside the European Union, we may use several operators depending on the destination.


1. Any delays:
When the parcel arrives in the country of destination, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimate.
2. Return:
To return an order, you must always contact Pacifique Sud within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Items must not have been used, altered or washed and must have all original tags. To return the order, you must contact a carrier that collects the goods at your address and sends it directly to the address provided by Pacifique Sud. It is your responsibility to ensure that the order arrives at Pacifique Sud.
3. Refund and processing time:
As soon as the order arrives at Pacifique Sud, and if it complies with the return conditions, the refund will be made by the same payment method within a maximum period of 15 working days. Once the chargeback is made, you will be notified by email to the address you left us on your account. Once your bank receives the refund information from Pacifique Sud, it may require additional days to process and complete this transaction for your account. Please note that any fees and taxes that have been paid for either shipping or returning your order will not be refunded.
